No Returns — Exchange Only
We do not offer refunds or returns. However, you may exchange your product within the applicable period.
iPhone Replacement
All iPhones come with a free 7-day replacement guarantee. If you experience any hardware defect within 7 days of purchase, we will replace the device at no extra cost.
Other Products
For all other products, exchange is available within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.
Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- All accessories, cables, and manuals must be included
- Screen protectors and cases are non-exchangeable once opened
- Physical damage or water damage is not covered
